Delete your CAARD account
You can delete your CAARD account at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data. It applies to the CAARD apps for iPhone and Android, the mobile web app and the web dashboard.
Delete it in the app
iPhone and Android: open CAARD, tap your profile picture on Home to open My account, then tap Delete Account at the bottom. Type DELETE to confirm.
Mobile web app (app.caard.net): open My account and choose Delete Account.
Web dashboard (dash.caard.net): go to Settings → General → Danger zone and choose Delete account.
Delete it without the app
Email dhairya@caard.net from the address you use for CAARD and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to confirm the request. We delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm by email.
What we delete
Your sign-in account, immediately.
Your profile: name, email address, username and profile photo.
Your personal workspace, if you have one, with all its leads, card photos, voice recordings, notes, tags, events and connected integrations.
Connected mailboxes (Gmail, Outlook or SMTP) and their access tokens. You can also remove CAARD from the connected apps in your Google or Microsoft account.
Your assistant conversations, notifications, personal tasks, personal templates, saved searches and support tickets.
Your roles and memberships in company workspaces.
Apart from your sign-in account, which goes immediately, this usually completes within minutes.
What we keep
Leads you captured in a company workspace. They belong to that company and stay in its workspace, with their notes and photos. To have them removed, ask your workspace admin.
Notifications your teammates already received, which can mention your name.
Records of AI usage (counts and cost, no content), which workspace billing relies on.
Billing records, if you were a billing contact, for as long as German commercial and tax law requires (up to 10 years).
Security logs of administrative actions, which can include your user ID.
Deleted data can remain in backups for a limited time until those backups are overwritten.
Deleting a company workspace
Workspace admins who want to delete an entire company workspace and all of its data can email dhairya@caard.net.
